Terms of use
PDFUAE is an independent technology platform for information and document preparation in the United Arab Emirates. It is not a government service and does not issue licences or approvals.
Verify every result
Tools create a new output file. Open it and verify pages, quality and content before printing, filing or sharing it, and always keep the original document.
Permitted use
- You must own or be authorised to process every document and data set you submit.
- Do not upload malicious software, stolen data, fraudulent content or material intended for impersonation.
- You are responsible for choosing appropriate settings and checking the output.
- Do not bypass protection on a file you are not authorised to open.
Free-template licence
You may download and edit free templates for personal or internal business use and print completed copies. You may not resell or republish source files as a template library, sublicense them, or claim government or professional approval. Verify current requirements and obtain specialist review where a document has legal, tax, engineering or regulatory effect.
Accounts, assistant and API
Users are responsible for protecting their email, password and session. The automated assistant explains the platform but is not a government authority or human employee. Experimental API access is rate- and size-limited and may be restricted if abused.
Payments and subscriptions
The AED 3 one-document option is a standalone purchase and never renews. Paid Pro charges AED 3 on signup for the first 7 days, then AED 29 after those 7 days and monthly thereafter until cancellation. A subscription is created only after the user selects a separate consent checkbox showing both the initial and renewal prices. The free 48-hour Pro account trial is separate, requires no card and never converts automatically to paid. PDFUAE does not store full card details. Users may manage or cancel renewal, subject to the published refund policy.
Digital delivery
There is no physical shipping. Tool results are delivered by browser download, and future paid plan access will be activated electronically. See the digital delivery policy.
Eligibility and responsibility
Users under 18 may not create an account. Users are responsible for protecting their account and for having authority to process each document. Business-planning features are informational and are not legal, tax or licensing advice.
Applicable law
Mandatory applicable law governs according to the user's relationship with the service and where it is provided. This page does not name an exclusive court or assert an unverified legal-operator status.
