Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to standalone purchases and PDFUAE digital subscriptions whenever secure checkout is available.
Free plan and trial
The Free plan and 48-hour Pro trial require no card and create no financial transaction or refundable amount. The trial never converts automatically to a paid subscription.
AED 3 one-document purchase
This is a standalone payment with no renewal. A refund may be requested if the credit is not added or a platform fault prevents the premium operation. Once the credit is used and the result is delivered, a change of mind alone does not automatically qualify for a refund, without limiting mandatory legal rights.
Paid Pro introductory offer
AED 3 is charged on signup for the first 7 days, followed by AED 29 on the first renewal and monthly thereafter until cancellation. Users can cancel from their account before renewal. If a refund of the first AED 29 renewal is requested within 7 days of that charge, PDFUAE will return it in full to the original payment method. This window does not automatically apply to later renewals unless required by law.
Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of renewal at any time. Cancellation prevents the next charge and access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refund-eligible cases
- A duplicate charge for the same transaction.
- A successful payment where the plan was not activated because of a platform fault and was not corrected within 48 hours after notice.
- A material inability to provide the core advertised feature during the paid period.
- Any case where UAE law requires a refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us with the account email, transaction date and reason. Never send the full card number or security code. A first-renewal refund request must be made within 7 days; other requests should be made within 14 days unless the law allows longer. Approved refunds return to the original method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank.
